We are a bakery specializing in hand-made scones, made to order right here in Queens NY. 

Owner and founder, Sheila Connolly, bakes with only the best ingredients. Our scones are flaky, moist and delicious. Soft and buttery on the inside, sweet and crunchy on the outside. Sheila created her scone recipe after the owner of a local restaurant requested scones for their breakfast menu. She continued to sell by word of mouth and in 2021, began selling in farmers markets in NYC and Westchester. 

After taking a break to attend pastry school, The Sconery has returned with an expanded customer base that includes additional farmers markets, local cafes and customer shipping. We continue to expand our scone flavors and are adding new menu items all the time.
